1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using LilyDesk you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
2. What LilyDesk is
LilyDesk is a small business application operated by Cinnamon Lily Nails for managing customers, custom orders, nail sizing, payment balances, reports and customer emails. It is not an online store, a payment processor or an accounting system.
3. Accounts
You need an account to use LilyDesk. Keep your sign-in details confidential and let us know if you believe your account has been used without your permission. You are responsible for activity in your workspace.
4. Acceptable use
Use LilyDesk only for legitimate business purposes. Do not attempt to access another workspace's data, disrupt the service, or use LilyDesk to send unsolicited bulk email or marketing campaigns. LilyDesk is for one-to-one customer communication.
5. Your information
You are responsible for the customer, order and payment information you enter and for having the right to store it. You should honour any request from your own customers regarding their information.
6. Google and Gmail integration
Connecting a Google account is optional. When connected, LilyDesk sends the customer emails you write from your own Gmail account and nothing is sent without you pressing Send. Your use of Gmail also remains subject to Google's terms. You can disconnect at any time in Settings → Email.
7. Third-party services
LilyDesk relies on the Lovable platform for hosting, database, authentication, storage and connector services, and on Google for the optional Gmail integration. We are not responsible for outages or changes in those services.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep LilyDesk available and reliable, but it is provided without any guarantee of uninterrupted service. Features may be added, changed or removed over time.
9. Intellectual property
LilyDesk, its name, design and software belong to Cinnamon Lily Nails. The information you enter remains yours.
10. Disclaimer and liability
LilyDesk is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data or lost profits arising from your use of the application. Keep your own records of anything critical to your business.
11. Termination
You may stop using LilyDesk and request deletion of your workspace at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or is used unlawfully.
12. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of LilyDesk after an update means you accept the revised terms.
