Customers & Custom Orders

LilyDesk is a customer and custom-order management application made for press-on nail artists. It keeps customer details, nail sizing, custom orders, payment balances, and customer emails together in one private workspace.

What LilyDesk does

Customer management

One profile per customer with names, phone, email and shipping address, plus notes kept alongside their history.

Nail sizing profiles

Shape, length, tip brand and per-finger sizes for both hands, saved to the customer and reused on new orders.

Custom order tracking

Each order has its own number, title, collection, design details, due date, reference photos and status.

Order sizing snapshots

Sizing is copied onto the order when it is created, so later profile changes never rewrite past orders.

Payments and balances

Record payments against an order total and LilyDesk keeps the remaining balance current. Internal tracking only — LilyDesk does not process card payments.

Reports

Pick a date range and see orders, order value, income received and average order value for that period.

Communication history

Every email sent from LilyDesk is logged on the customer and the related order with date, recipient and subject.

Reusable email templates

Save your own subjects and messages with merge fields, then edit each message before you send it.

Order statuses

Orders move through clear stages, and each workspace can rename or add its own.

Google & Gmail Integration

Connecting a Google account is optional. A LilyDesk user may connect their own Google account so that customer emails written in LilyDesk are sent from their own Gmail account, with their own signature and templates.

LilyDesk currently requests only the Google permissions it needs:

basic Google account email identity, so LilyDesk can show which account is connected
Gmail permission to send email on the user's behalf

LilyDesk does not request permission to read, modify or delete Gmail messages, and it does not display a mailbox or inbox.

Authorization is handled through Google OAuth. LilyDesk never collects or stores a Google password, and no email is ever sent automatically — a message is only sent when the user presses Send.
